The successful candidate will assist with inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns, and maintain positive client relationships while ensuring a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. * Provide accurate information regarding company services, products, and procedures. * Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and successful resolution of requests. * Assist with administrative and customer support tasks as required. * Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service processes.
