**Key Responsibilities:** * Minimum 5\-7 years of working experience in Real estate and 3\-5 Years working experience in Qatar * Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). * Proven experience in property leasing or a similar role. * Strong knowledge of local rental market trends, regulations, and fair housing laws. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with potential tenants and address their needs. * Solid negotiation and problem\-solving abilities. * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
