This role oversees land acquisition, project planning, development execution, investor relations, financial performance, and organizational leadership. The ideal candidate is a seasoned real estate executive with strong business acumen, leadership ability, and deep knowledge of development operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Set the company’s strategic direction and growth plan for real estate development. * Oversee all development activities from land acquisition through project completion. * Drive financial performance, profitability, budgeting, and capital planning. * Lead investor, shareholder, lender, and stakeholder relationships. * Ensure projects meet quality, cost, timeline, and compliance requirements. * Build and manage a high\-performing leadership team. * Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion avenues. **Required Qualifications** * Extensive experience in real estate development or property leadership. * Proven success managing large\-scale development projects and business operations. * Strong financial, commercial, and strategic planning skills. * Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder\-management abilities. * Knowledge of regulatory, zoning, and compliance requirements relevant to real estate. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience leading a real estate development company or business unit. * Background in funding, underwriting, investment strategy, or portfolio growth. * Strong network across developers, investors, contractors, and government bodies.
