The role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead growth in a competitive industry while ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial sustainability. **Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership \& Planning** * Formulate and execute a **business growth strategy** to achieve revenue, profit, and market share goals. * Align company operations with long\-term vision and objectives. * Drive innovation by introducing new product lines, technologies, and sustainable practices. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the Qatar printing industry. **Sales \& Business Development** * Lead and manage the sales team to generate new business opportunities across **corporates, agencies, retailers, events, exhibitions, and government sectors**. * Develop and maintain **key client relationships** and long\-term partnerships. * Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and incentive structures to maximize revenue. * Explore expansion opportunities within **corporate gifts, branding, and packaging** categories. **Marketing \& Brand Management** * Design and implement effective **marketing campaigns** (digital and offline) to enhance brand awareness. * Oversee development of **sales materials, presentations, and proposals**. * Position the business as a **leading printing \& packaging solution provider in Qatar**. * Monitor competitor activity and continuously refine brand positioning. **Operations \& Production Oversight** * Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. * Optimize workflow, capacity utilization, and resource planning. * Oversee procurement and vendor management for raw materials, machinery, and supplies. * Implement **quality control systems** to maintain high production standards. * Ensure compliance with **sustainability and eco\-friendly practices** in production. **Financial Management** * Manage **P\&L, budgeting, and cost control** to achieve profitability. * Monitor financial performance through regular reports and analytics. * Establish competitive pricing strategies while safeguarding margins. * Ensure transparency and compliance with Qatar financial and tax regulations. **Human Resource \& Team Leadership** * Build and mentor a **high\-performing sales, marketing, and operations team**. * Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development programs. * Create a performance\-driven culture with accountability and recognition systems. * Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and HR best practices. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Printing Technology, Marketing, or related field** (MBA preferred). * **10\+ years of experience** in the printing/packaging/branding industry, with **at least 5 years in a senior management role**. * Strong business acumen with experience in **sales growth, marketing, operations, and financial management**. * Hands\-on knowledge of **printing technologies, packaging processes, and supply chain management**. * Deep understanding of **Qatar market dynamics, B2B client requirements, and local business culture**. * Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills. * Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, MS Office Suite; knowledge of print\-specific software is a plus. * **Languages:** English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred). * Driving License: Qatar Driving License * Transporation: Own a car **Key Competencies** * Visionary leadership with execution capability. * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Customer\-centric mindset with high professional ethics. * Ability to balance strategic vision with operational details. **Compensation \& Benefits** * **Salary:** Fixed **12,000 QAR per month**. * **Commission:** High commission based on monthly sales performance Monthly * **Monthly Sales Company Target :** 100,000 QAR * **Other Allowances:** No accommodation allowance provided. * Health insurance and annual leave as per Qatar labor law. * Opportunity to lead and expand a growing business in a thriving market. \* Having Marketing I Advertising I Printing Experience is Mandatory Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR10,000\.00 \- QAR12,000\.00 per month
