Summary: Seeking a proactive sales professional to drive business development, manage client relationships, and ensure project completion while achieving sales targets. Highlights: 1. Lead business development and client coordination for sales and deliveries. 2. Manage all sales activities from inception to project completion. 3. Achieve sales targets and identify new market opportunities. ##### **Duties and Essential Job Functions** * Attending customer meetings, inquiries with current potential clients for business development. * Coordination of sales and deliveries with the clients. * Managing \& controlling all sales activities from beginning up to the completion of projects. * Monitoring the Execution schedule to ensure on time project completion. * Coordination with technical support team for good business project proposal. * Attending meetings with clients regarding procedures. * Organizing bid / quotation documentation at a competitive reasonable cost to meet its customers’ demand in the highest degree of excellence and quality satisfaction. * Searching the market for new sales and potential clients. * Ensuring that sales targets are achieved. * Find a way and means of improving sales. * Approach new clients and increases market share. * Hit the sales budget as per the agreed on monthly basis. * Analyze actual vs forecast and take effective actions. * Attend Training and seminars to upgrade the knowledge. * Complying with \& attending all quality performance indicators related to sales. ##### **Other Responsibilities** * Support division for effective implementation \& compliance with ISO requirement such as quality, safety, health \& environment regarding customers satisfaction. * Assist the operations to handle customer compliant quality issues and other activities related to operation. * Follow up due/ balance payment with account departments. * Perform other related duties related to the position that may be assigned by the superior. ##### **Education Qualifications:** Graduate of any four\-year degree course, preferably Business Management and marketing sales or any Engineering field. ##### **Professional Experience:** At least 3 years’ related work experience in operations, probably in construction or carpentry and interiors. ##### **Competencies:** * Knowledge and talent for making sales. * Ability to navigate great sales techniques and sources. * Can handle it under pressure. * Stress tolerance and Excellent Customer Service * Initiative and resourcefulness * Flexibility * Industry and perseverance * Keen on details * Computer literate * Excellent interpersonal sensitivity * Excellent written \& oral communication skills. * Language: English **Job Category:** Sales **Job Type:** Full Time **Company:** Almuftah Interiors for Contacting **Location:** Qatar
