Job Summary: Lead logistics and supply chain strategy to ensure operational efficiency, cost reduction, and service level improvement in support of organizational goals. Key Features of the Role: 1. Development of logistics policies and procedures **Purpose of the Role:** Lead logistics and supply chain strategy to ensure operational efficiency, cost reduction, and service level improvement in support of organizational goals in the United Arab Emirates. **Key Responsibilities:** * Formulate and implement enterprise-wide logistics and supply chain strategy * Oversee local and international transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations * Enhance operational efficiency and reduce operating costs * Manage supplier, freight forwarder, and customs clearance provider relationships * Ensure on-time delivery and service level agreement (SLA) compliance * Monitor inventory levels and optimize demand and supply planning * Develop logistics policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices * Oversee warehouse and transportation management systems (WMS / TMS) * Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (customs, import/export) * Manage risks and develop business continuity and emergency response plans * Prepare periodic reports, analyze performance metrics, and submit recommendations to senior management * Lead and develop logistics teams **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) * Minimum 10–15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management * Minimum 5 years of leadership experience * Strong knowledge of international shipping and customs clearance processes in the United Arab Emirates * Experience with inventory and transportation management systems * Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills * Professional certifications such as CSCP or CPIM are an advantage * English proficiency (Arabic is an added advantage) **Core Competencies:** * Leadership and team management * Strategic planning * Negotiation and supplier management * Operations and supply chain management * Analysis and problem-solving * Effective communication skills **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Supply chain efficiency * Logistics cost reduction * Inventory accuracy * On-time delivery compliance * Customer satisfaction level * Supplier performance **Salary and Benefits (in the UAE):** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and company size * Housing and transportation allowances * Health insurance * Annual travel tickets * Performance-based bonuses Monthly Salary: QAR٣٦‎,٠٠٠.٠٠  Work Location: On-site
