The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring material usage, identifying inventory variances, and preparing accurate reports to support efficient manufacturing processes. Responsibilities * Monitor raw material usage and compare actual consumption against production records * Identify and investigate material variances and discrepancies * Prepare variance reports and inventory summaries for management * Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and production teams regarding stock movements * Maintain accurate inventory and production documentation * Assist in conducting physical inventory counts and stock audits * Ensure proper recording of material transactions in the system * Support cost control and inventory management procedures * Report unusual inventory activities or production inconsistencies * Help improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field * Previous experience in manufacturing, inventory control, warehouse operations, or administrative support is preferred * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills * Knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Excel * Good organizational and record\-keeping abilities * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Honest, reliable, and highly organized * Familiarity with manufacturing and production processes is an advantage موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
