The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, manage production schedules, coordinate with teams, and maintain high\-quality output for all jobs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily operations in printing, production, and installation departments. * Coordinate with designers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure timely job completion. * Monitor job orders, production schedules, and delivery timelines. * Ensure the quality of printed materials, signage, branding, and advertising products. * Allocate tasks, manage team performance, and ensure compliance with company standards. * Oversee material availability, stock usage, and communicate requirements to procurement. * Handle client requirements and ensure jobs are delivered as per specifications. * Manage installation works at sites and ensure safe, timely execution. * Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management. * Resolve operational issues and provide solutions to enhance efficiency. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in printing, advertising, or signage industry. * Strong knowledge of digital printing, offset printing, signage fabrication, and branding. * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
