Job Summary We are looking for friendly, professional, and customer\-oriented Philippine Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent dining service and ensure customer satisfaction in a restaurant or hospitality environment. The candidate will take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere while representing Filipino hospitality and service standards. Key Responsibilities * Greet and welcome customers politely and professionally. * Present menus and explain menu items, promotions, and specials to guests. * Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff. * Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently. * Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times. * Check customer satisfaction and respond to requests or complaints professionally. * Process bills and handle cash or POS transactions accurately. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area. * Assist in opening and closing restaurant duties. * Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations. Requirements * Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar customer service role is preferred. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, energetic, and customer\-focused personality. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. * Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. * Ability to stand and walk for long periods. * Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Knowledge of Filipino cuisine or hospitality service is an advantage.
