Summary: The QAQC Inspector ensures quality assurance and control through supervising testing, inspecting materials, and promoting safety, while performing various inspections during fabrication and welding. Highlights: 1. Authorized to supervise testing methods and inspect all incoming materials. 2. Responsible for various inspections including fit-up, welding & NDT. 3. Promotes safety and recommends improvements for workshop and work processes. **Job Title : QAQC Inspector** **Reporting To : QAQC Dept. Head** **Authorities:** 1\. Authorized to supervise the testing method as per the required standard. 2\. Authorized to check all incoming materials to comply with the quantity/size with the specified standard. 3\. Authorized to promote safety at the place, carry out inspection of workshop, equipment and work process and recommend measures for safety improvement. **Responsibilities:** 1\. To report to the QAQC Dept. engineer regarding quality assurance and quality control of the organization 2\. Responsible for fit\-up inspection\-related activities on the fabrication stage in compliance with the project specification. 3\. Responsible for welding \& NDT inspection\-related activities on the welding stage in compliance with the project specification. 4\. Carry out various types of inspection such as dimension inspection, visual inspection, joint inspection, fit\-up assembly inspection, hole location \& orientation inspection, visual inspection, weld visual inspection, and in\-house NDT inspection. **Qualifications:** 1\. Graduate in any discipline with a quality assurance / mechanical engineering diploma from a recognized university. 2\. Number of experiences: 5/10 years \& above. 3\.
