**Structural Charge Hand** Industry: Oil \& Gas / Construction / Industrial Projects **Job Summary** **Duties** * Lead and supervise structural workers on site * Execute daily structural works as per foreman’s instructions * Read and follow structural / GA drawings * Ensure correct fabrication, erection, alignment, and welding * Coordinate with riggers during lifting activities * Report daily progress and issues to the Structural Foreman **Requirements** * Minimum 3–5 years experience in structural works (oil \& gas / industrial projects preferred) * Good knowledge of structural steel fabrication \& erection * Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively * Knowledge of basic safety practices and site procedures * Ability to read drawings and follow instructions **Preferred** * Experience in oil \& gas, refinery, or plant projects * Valid safety certifications (H2S, First Aid, etc.) Job Type: Temporary Contract length: 2 months Pay: QAR1,500\.00 \- QAR1,800\.00 per month
