Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards **Structural Welding Foreman** ***For any interested applicant, kindly send your CV to hr@imcgulf.com*** **Location:** Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Structural Welding Foreman** to supervise and coordinate structural steel welding activities in the workshop and on\-site. The successful candidate will ensure all welding works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved welding procedures, project specifications, and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily structural steel welding activities in the workshop and on\-site. * Lead and coordinate a team of welders to meet production and project schedules. * Review shop drawings, welding symbols, and WPS before work execution. * Monitor weld quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards. * Coordinate with QA/QC, fabrication, and site teams to resolve welding\-related issues. * Enforce company HSE policies and maintain a safe working environment. **Requirements** * Minimum **5 years** of experience in structural steel welding, with at least **2 years** in a supervisory or foreman role. * Strong knowledge of SMAW, GMAW (MIG), and FCAW welding processes. * Ability to read fabrication/shop drawings and welding symbols. * Technical/Vocational Certificate in Welding is preferred. * GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage. **Skills** * Structural Steel Welding * Workshop \& Site Supervision * WPS \& Welding Symbols * Quality Control * Team Leadership * Production Coordination * Safety Awareness Pay: QAR1,618\.12 \- QAR5,585\.03 per month Work Location: In person
