Role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills **Qualifications:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in big hospitals or as a private nurse for a VIP Family * Registered Nurse in the Philippines * Candidate must have excellent English communication skills, confident and able to interact with a VIP * Willing to stay in the palace (all meals are provided) **Responsibilities** * Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures. * Promote overall wellness of employees by providing high quality nursing services. * Conduct routinary checkup of employees to ensure their health in the workplace * Excellent knowledge in conducting first aid and emergency care for various medical situations while waiting for professional medical technicians to arrive. * In\-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times. * Administer medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders * Make recommendations to the management about new healthcare initiatives that the company can implement to lower healthcare costs. * Maintain an organized documentation system for employee’s health files. * Outstanding organizational and multi\-tasking skills * Patient with excellent problem\-solving skills. * A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Flexible and willing to attend the needs of the family in the palace.
