Candidates should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to helping students achieve academic success. **Key Responsibilities :** * Conduct engaging and effective classes at the centre, at students’ homes, or online. * Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments based on curriculum standards. * Track student progress and share timely feedback with parents and management. * Maintain a positive, encouraging, and student\-focused learning environment. * Communicate clearly with parents regarding student performance and requirements. * Ensure high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and behaviour. * Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and academic planning. * Represent Urban Scholar Education Centre with integrity and dedication. **Requirements** * Minimum **2 years of teaching/tutoring experience** (CBSE or College level) * **Post Graduation (mandatory)** – Science /related field * Strong command of written and spoken English * Ability to teach school\-level students effectively * Candidates currently in **India** are preferred * Must be willing to relocate to Qatar **What We Offer :** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Flexible working hours.
