Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards company based in **Doha, Qatar** is looking to hire an experienced and qualified **Accounting Manager** to join its team. **Position:** Accounting Manager **Requirements:** * Minimum **5 years of experience** in accounting and financial management. * Strong experience in preparing **financial statements and accounting reports**. * Experience working with **ERP systems and accounting software** (Odoo is preferred). * **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel**, including financial analysis and reporting. * Ability to manage and supervise daily financial and accounting operations. * Good knowledge of **financial regulations and accounting practices in Qatar**. * **Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).** * Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee all accounting and financial operations of the company. * Prepare periodic financial reports and present them to management. * Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow. * Prepare budgets and track financial performance. * Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards. **Additional Information:** * **Immediate joining is required.** * **Salary will be determined after the interview based on qualifications and experience.** Job Type: Full\-time
