We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Doha. This role is essential for supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. **What You'll Do:** * Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to general email inquiries. * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. * Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and organizing both digital and physical documents. * Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed. * Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and basic travel arrangements. * Assist the consulting team with client documentation, follow\-ups, and basic data entry. * Support management with general administrative tasks as assigned. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent.
