Total Experience: 5\-7 years GCC Experience: At least 3 years of work experience Gender: Male or Female Age: Between 23\-25 years old Nationality: Any **Qualifications** * Proficient in the use of Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant software * Proficient in AutoDesk Revit (Architectural, Interior Design) * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD * Exposure to Navisworks or other coordination tools (preferred) * Familiarity with BIM 360 or Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms * Understanding basic LOD concepts and file naming standards * Basic understanding of BIM standards such as ISO 19650 or PAS 1192 is desirable. **Job Description** * Prepare technical and detailed 3D BIM models of various projects of the company under the supervision of the BIM Manager. * Identify and resolve design conflicts and clashes within the model. * Generate views, sheets, schedules, and simple families. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration and accurate representation of the design as per project requirements. * Collaborate with the BIM team for software updates, process improvement and innovation initiatives. **Standard Package** Basic Salary: To be discussed Accommodation: Cash allowance Transportation: Cash allowance
