Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers **Job Title:** Business Manager – Soft Services \& Facility Management **Company:** RITAJ W.L.L **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Salary:** QAR 15,000 \+ Commission on New Contracts **Job Summary** RITAJ W.L.L is seeking an experienced and results\-driven **Business Manager** with strong expertise in **Soft Services, Housekeeping, and Cleaning Services** within the Qatar market. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in sales, contract acquisition, daily operations management, and overall business development. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive revenue growth, manage operations efficiently, and build strong relationships with key decision\-makers in Qatar. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage the Soft Services division **(Housekeeping \& Cleaning Services)**. * Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new contracts. * Identify and secure new business opportunities in Qatar. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property managers, and decision\-makers. * Oversee daily operations to ensure service excellence and contract compliance. * Manage team performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency. * Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. * Ensure profitability and sustainable business growth. * Handle high\-pressure situations and meet targets within deadlines. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery. **Requirements** * Minimum 5\+ years of experience in Business Management or Sales Management in Qatar. * Proven track record in acquiring cleaning and housekeeping contracts. * Strong knowledge of the Qatar facility management market. * Established business connections with key decision\-makers. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Strong leadership and operational management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets. * Valid Qatar driving license is preferred. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. **Compensation \& Benefits** * Salary: QAR 15,000 per month * Attractive commission structure for new contract acquisition * Professional growth opportunity within a reputable company **Only candidates with relevant Qatar experience in Soft Services and Cleaning Contracts will be considered.** To apply, please send your updated **CV** to **recruitment@ritajwll.com** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR15,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have existing business connections with decision\-makers (property managers, developers, facility heads) in Qatar? * Do you have proven experience in acquiring cleaning or housekeeping contracts in Qatar? * How many staff have you managed in your previous role? * Can you join Immediately?
