The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, the ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to learn and grow within the team. The Commis Chef will work closely with senior chefs to assist in daily food preparation and ensure high\-quality production standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes as directed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef. Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of all ingredients and food items. Follow recipes, portion control, and maintain food quality and consistency. Support the smooth operation of the kitchen during service hours. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas in compliance with food safety standards. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of kitchen supplies. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve kitchen production goals. Be open to learning and developing culinary skills under the guidance of senior chefs. Requirements: Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a kitchen role is preferred, but training will be provided for motivated candidates. Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene practices. Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment. Good communication skills, and willing to learn.
