We are looking for a professional, articulate, and customer\-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Doha. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support and ensuring a positive experience. **What You'll Do:** * Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner. * Provide accurate information about company services, processes, and documentation requirements. * Assist clients with application forms, follow\-ups, and basic administrative tasks. * Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. * Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department or senior consultant. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication. * Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to resolve client issues. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
