Summary: The Troubleshooter Technician performs on-site service operations, including troubleshooting, inspection, and replacement of parts, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Highlights: 1. Perform troubleshooting of controls and mechanical problems for elevators. 2. Deliver timely, effective, and precise fault finding on site. 3. Responsible for troubleshooting and replacement of defective parts. Troubleshooter Technician’s role is to perform all the service operations on site, according to the below assigned requirements, the company policies, and processes. The duties as per below description include but not limited to: * Carry out troubleshooting of controls and mechanical problems of elevator and its machine room. * Carry out housekeeping and inspection of control panels and control switches of the units’ systems. * Deliver timely effective and precise fault finding and troubleshooting of units on site * Report to the supervisor/Engineer regarding day\-to\-day activities and updates on unit’s state. * Responsible for troubleshooting and replacement of defective parts of control panel. * Provide material specifications and material quantity estimate. * Coordinate with the Supervisor regarding the efficient maintenance and operation of all equipment and in the preparation of all reports. * Reassure the compliance of all activities in the projects with the Quality Improvement department. * Perform other duties as assigned. Location: Doha Working Hours: 8 hours/day \+ 1 hour lunch break \+ overtime if any (Saturday to Thursday – Friday is off) Salary: Qr. 5,000 to Qr. 6,000 plus company accommodation and transportation.
