This role is essential in ensuring efficient, consistent, and high\-quality extrusion of plastic pipes in line with production plans, quality standards, and safety requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating extrusion lines, monitoring process parameters, and maintaining product quality while minimizing downtime and material waste. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate HDPE/PVC pipe extrusion machines in accordance with standard operating procedures. * Set up, start, monitor, and shut down extrusion lines safely and efficiently. * Monitor and control extrusion parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and cooling. * Ensure pipe dimensions, wall thickness, and surface finish meet quality specifications. * Conduct in\-process quality checks and coordinate with QC for inspections. * Identify and troubleshoot basic machine and process issues to minimize downtime. * Ensure proper material feeding, mixing, and handling of raw materials. * Record production data, process parameters, and shift reports accurately. * Maintain housekeeping around the extrusion line and work area. * Follow HSE policies, procedures, and safe operating practices at all times. * Use PPE correctly and participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings. * Support maintenance activities during line stoppages or planned shutdowns. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Production Manager. **What We’re Looking For** **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent industrial training preferred. * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** as an Extruder Operator, preferably in HDPE/PVC pipe manufacturing. * Hands\-on experience with plastic extrusion machines and related auxiliary equipment. * Knowledge of extrusion process control, tooling, and basic troubleshooting. **Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong attention to detail and quality awareness. * Basic mechanical aptitude and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work in shifts in an industrial manufacturing environment. * Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions. * Basic English communication required. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Housing, transport, and food allowance * Private medical insurance * Annual air ticket * 26 days annual leave * Stable employment with a market leader in piping manufacturing **Why Join Us** Join a leading piping manufacturing company where operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement are valued.
