The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a creative flair, and a deep understanding of floral arrangements for various occasions. This role offers the opportunity to bring your artistic vision to life and create stunning floral displays for a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. **Responsibilities:** * Conceptualize, design, and execute floral arrangements for various events, ensuring they align with the client's vision and budget. * Meet with clients to discuss their preferences, offer suggestions, and develop customized floral proposals. * Source high\-quality flowers, foliage, and other decorative elements from reputable suppliers. * Prepare flowers and materials for arranging, including cleaning, trimming, and conditioning. * Construct floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, installations, and other designs with precision and creativity. * Make Balloons * Deliver and set up floral arrangements at event venues, ensuring timely and professional execution. * Wrap Cake Orders when needed. * Accomplish tasks given by the General Manager or Asst. Manager. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper care and storage of flowers and materials. * **(Plus):** Experience with chocolate wrapping and gift wrapping is a bonus. **Qualifications:** * Proven experience as a Florist, preferably in an event setting. * Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of floral designs for different occasions. * Has experience in decorating party events and creating balloon arches. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. * Exceptional creativity and artistic vision, with a keen eye for detail and color. * Knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and their care requirements. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, often under tight deadlines. * Strong organizational and time management skills. **Compensation:** * Salary commensurate with experience and skills. * Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
