Job Description: FTTx Engineer / Supervisor * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FTTx projects. * Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. * Strong knowledge of fiber optic telecom projects. * Hands\-on experience with OTDR and Optical Power Meter. * Good understanding of OSP and ISP activities. * Ability to perform quality inspections at FTTx OSP/ISP sites. * Good communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written). * Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel. * CCNA certification is preferred. * Qatar Driving license * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
