Support training and development initiatives **Job Title:** HR Generalist cum Admin (F\&B / Restaurant Industry) **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Job Summary:** We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Generalist cum Admin with experience in the Food \& Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations while supporting administrative functions, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards across our restaurant operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle end\-to\-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding) * Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation * Manage payroll coordination, leave tracking, and employee benefits * Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies * Support training and development initiatives, including hygiene and food safety training * Monitor staff grooming, hygiene standards, and food safety compliance * Coordinate with restaurant managers on staffing and HR needs * Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary process **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR/Admin, preferably in F\&B or restaurant industry * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP) is a strong advantage * Familiarity with Qatar labor law * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in restaurant or hospitality sector * Certification in food safety or hygiene practices * Arabic language skills (optional but preferred) **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package * Career growth opportunities * Dynamic and collaborative work environment Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR4,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
