Support employer branding, onboarding and retention initiatives Overview Manage HR information systems and end\-to\-end recruitment processes to ensure accurate HR data, efficient hiring, and positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities * Administer HRIS: maintain employee records, system configurations, workflows, role\-based access, and data integrity. * Lead recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding and candidate experience. * Configure and optimise ATS/HRIS integrations (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, BambooHR, Taleo, Greenhouse). * Produce HR reports and dashboards (headcount, time\-to\-fill, source of hire, attrition) and support data\-driven workforce planning. * Coordinate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, selection criteria and interview panels. * Manage job advertising, talent sourcing (LinkedIn, Bayt, GulfTalent), campus outreach and recruitment agencies. * Conduct candidate assessments, reference checks, background screening and salary benchmarking. * Maintain compliance with local labour laws, visa/work permit processes and employment documentation. * Drive HRIS upgrades, testing, user training and documentation (SOPs). * Support employer branding, onboarding programmes and retention initiatives. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field. * 3\+ years HRIS administration and recruitment experience; GCC/Doha experience preferred. * Hands\-on experience with ATS/HRIS platforms and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. * Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law and visa processes in Qatar. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications * Certification in HR/Recruitment (CIPD, SHRM\-CP) or HRIS\-specific training. * Experience with HR analytics, payroll interfaces and HR process automation. * Arabic language skills and local hiring networks.
