This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast\-paced nature of IT hiring, enjoys working with people, and excels at managing recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate end\-to\-end IT recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding * Source and screen candidates for technical roles using various platforms * Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers * Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases * Assist in drafting job descriptions and employer branding initiatives * Conduct initial candidate assessments and pre\-screening interviews * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process * Collaborate with hiring teams to understand technical requirements and hiring needs **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field * Proven experience in recruitment coordination, preferably in IT or tech hiring * Familiarity with technical roles, skills, and hiring trends * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work in a growing tech\-focused organization * Collaborative and innovative work environment * Career development and advancement opportunities * Prime office location in Lusail Plaza **How to Apply** Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV along with a brief cover letter highlighting their recruitment experience and interest in IT hiring.
