Our mission is to combine professionalism, innovation, and reliability to ensure seamless cybersecurity operations and cutting\-edge protection outcomes. **Position Overview** We are seeking an **IT Security Analyst** to monitor, assess, and strengthen IT infrastructures against cyber threats. This role requires a detail\-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams. The IT Security Analyst will play a key role in maintaining Cyberastras IT’s reputation for excellence in digital protection. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and analyze security systems to detect vulnerabilities and threats. * Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies. * Investigate and resolve security incidents and breaches. * Maintain documentation for policies, processes, and incident reports. * Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and Qatar regulations. * Support penetration testing and vulnerability management. * Collaborate with IT teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions. * Assist in project planning and provide technical input. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in IT security analysis. * Strong knowledge of security protocols and network defense. * Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM tools, and endpoint protection. * Excellent communication skills, organizational, and problem\-solving abilities. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite, security tools, and version control systems (Git). * Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security\+ are an advantage. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to grow within a dynamic Qatar\-based IT security company. * Professional development and career advancement opportunities. * A collaborative and innovation\-driven work environment. **How to Apply** Interested applicants may send their CV and cover letter via Indeed or directly to the company’s recruitment team, highlighting their experience in IT security analysis and achievements in delivering successful IT security solutions.
