**About Us:** We are a IT services and support company in Qatar, delivering reliable, end\-to\-end IT solutions to clients across various industries. Our services include IT Support AMC, on\-call support, IT infrastructure management, time \& attendance solutions, structured cabling, and network setups. We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. **Role Overview:** The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing on\-call and AMC\-based support to our clients. The ideal candidate must be well\-versed in corporate IT environments and capable of resolving technical issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide on\-call and scheduled AMC support for clients * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other end\-user devices * Manage and support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, email configurations, and user accounts * Handle network\-related issues (LAN/WAN, Wi\-Fi, routers, switches, basic firewall support) * Perform regular preventive maintenance and health checks for client systems * Support backup systems, antivirus solutions, and IT security best practices * Document support activities and update service records regularly * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field * **3–4 years of hands\-on experience** in IT support in a corporate environment * Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic server administration * Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) * Experience with structured cabling, network troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance * Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests * Strong communication and customer service skills * Valid Qatar driving license (preferred but not mandatory) **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package * Professional work environment * Opportunity to work with diverse clients and technologies * Growth and learning opportunities Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month
