In this role, you will be responsible for managing the IT support team, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues, and maintaining high levels of service quality for internal and external clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with strong leadership and technical expertise in a fast\-paced IT services environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and oversee daily IT support operations * Lead, train, and supervise the IT support team * Ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues * Monitor system performance and maintain IT infrastructure * Implement IT support processes, policies, and best practices * Coordinate with clients and internal departments to resolve technical issues * Manage user accounts, access control, and system security * Track and report on support tickets, KPIs, and service performance * Ensure compliance with IT standards and security protocols * Liaise with vendors and service providers when required **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * 5–8 years of experience in IT support or systems administration * Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role * Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and IT infrastructure * Experience with helpdesk systems and IT service management (ITSM) tools * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively * Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft are an advantage * Must have the legal right to work in Qatar **Compensation \& Benefits** **Salary:** QAR 10,000 – QAR 16,000 per month (depending on experience) **Benefits include:** * Health insurance * Annual leave and public holidays * Performance\-based bonuses * Professional development and certification support * Career growth opportunities * Supportive and team\-oriented work environment **Application Process** Please submit your CV/Resume through Indeed.
