Professional training and certification support **Job Summary** FasTech\-P IT Solutions Ltd. is seeking a skilled and proactive **IT Support Specialist** to join our team in Umm Salal Mohammed, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and maintaining systems to ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and excellent problem\-solving skills. **Responsibilities** * Provide first\-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications * Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving faults * Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner * Maintain IT equipment and ensure systems are updated and secure * Assist in setting up user accounts, permissions, and access controls * Document issues, solutions, and technical procedures **Requirements / Qualifications** * Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office * Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routers, switches) * Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A\+, Network\+) are an advantage * Must be currently in Qatar or willing to relocate **Compensation and Benefits** **Salary:** QAR 4,500 – QAR 7,000 per month (depending on experience) **Benefits:** * Paid annual leave * End\-of\-service benefits as per Qatar Labor Law * Professional training and certification support * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Opportunities for career growth in IT and technology **Application Process** Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV along with a brief cover letter highlighting their technical experience.
