The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, resolve technical issues efficiently, and support end\-users across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide first and second\-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment * Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems * Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi\-Fi) * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems * Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, or email * Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security checks * Assist in IT infrastructure setup, upgrades, and deployments * Monitor system performance and ensure data backup procedures are followed * Document technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures * Provide end\-user training and guidance when necessary **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * 2–4 years of experience in IT support or similar role * Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications * Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) * Experience with IT helpdesk systems is an advantage * Strong problem\-solving and communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks * Customer\-service oriented mindset **Preferred Skills** * Experience with Active Directory and user management * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) * Basic scripting or automation knowledge is a plus **Benefits** * Competitive salary package * Professional development opportunities * Supportive and collaborative work environment نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
