Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues **IT Support Specialist** **Company: Squadwiz Solution LLC** **Location: Al Wakrah, Qatar** **Position Summary** Squadwiz Solution LLC is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, resolve technical issues efficiently, and support end\-users across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide first and second\-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment * Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems * Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi\-Fi) * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems * Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, or email * Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security checks * Assist in IT infrastructure setup, upgrades, and deployments * Monitor system performance and ensure data backup procedures are followed * Document technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures * Provide end\-user training and guidance when necessary **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * 2–4 years of experience in IT support or similar role * Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications * Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) * Experience with IT helpdesk systems is an advantage * Strong problem\-solving and communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks * Customer\-service oriented mindset **Preferred Skills** * Experience with Active Directory and user management * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) * Basic scripting or automation knowledge is a plus **Benefits** * Competitive salary package * Professional development opportunities * Supportive and collaborative work environment نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
