Salary, Benefits \& Perks * Competitive salary: QAR 6,500 – QAR 10,000/month (based on experience) * Performance\-based incentives * Health insurance coverage * Paid annual leave and public holidays * Training and certification support (IT upskilling opportunities) * Stable full\-time employment * Supportive and collaborative work environment Schedule * Full\-time position * 5–6 working days per week * Standard office hours with occasional after\-hours support for urgent issues Key Responsibilities * Provide technical support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues) * Troubleshoot and resolve IT\-related incidents and service requests * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals * Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access * Support network connectivity (LAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN) * Perform system updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity checks * Maintain IT documentation, logs, and support tickets * Assist with IT infrastructure setup and upgrades Skills for This Role * IT troubleshooting and technical support * Hardware and software installation/maintenance * Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN) * Helpdesk and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk) * Operating systems (Windows, basic Linux or macOS knowledge) * Cybersecurity awareness and best practices * Problem\-solving and diagnostic skills * Strong communication and user support skills Requirements * Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related role preferred * Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure * Strong communication skills in English * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple technical issues * Customer\-focused and patient approach to user support * Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment About the Company Khtcqa LLC is a technology\-focused organization committed to delivering reliable IT solutions and operational support.
