**Job Description:** SAPIR Technology is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technical Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and supporting IT infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, and network systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem\-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic client\-focused environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers (Windows/Linux) * Configuration and management of firewalls, routers, and switches * Network setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/VPN) * Server and network security implementation and best practices * Backup, disaster recovery, and system performance monitoring * Technical support for internal teams and customers * Documentation of configurations, procedures, and network diagrams * Coordination with vendors and OEMs when required * On\-site and remote troubleshooting and support **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field * Proven experience as an IT Technical Engineer or similar role * Hands\-on experience with server configuration and management * Strong knowledge of firewalls (FortiGate, Cisco, Sophos, or similar) * Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols * Experience with virtualization and backup solutions is an advantage * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently * Strong communication and customer\-handling skills * Valid Qatar driving license is a plus **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package * Opportunity to work with diverse technologies and clients * Professional growth and learning opportunities * Supportive and collaborative work environment **How to Apply:** Interested candidates are invited to apply via Indeed with their updated CV.
