We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to support campaign execution, content, and performance marketing across digital and offline channels in Qatar. You’ll work with the marketing team to drive awareness, generate leads, and improve customer engagement. Key responsibilities Execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, paid ads, email) and monitor performance. Create and edit marketing content: copy for social posts, emails, landing pages, and basic visuals. Assist with SEO, SEM, and keyword research to improve organic and paid performance. Manage social media accounts: scheduling, community engagement, and reporting. Support events, local activations, and PR activities as needed. Track campaign metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and provide optimization recommendations. Coordinate with designers, agencies, and sales to ensure campaign alignment. Maintain marketing assets, content calendar, and CRM lists. Requirements 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing or agency settings. Strong written communication and basic copywriting skills. Practical knowledge of social media platforms, Google Ads, and email marketing tools. Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic reporting. Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Spark) are a plus. Organized, detail\-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
