Stable and professional work environment **Job Title:** Office Engineer **Location:** Salwa Road\- Doha **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Office Engineer to support our project operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project coordination, tendering, BOQ preparation, and project documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between site and office, accurate cost control, and timely submission of project\-related documents. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate between project stakeholders, including site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors * Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates * Handle tendering processes, including document preparation, analysis, and submission * Prepare and submit project interim payments, invoices, and variations * Monitor project progress and follow up with site engineers to ensure alignment with schedules * Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents * Maintain proper documentation and project records * Assist in cost control, budgeting, and procurement processes * Track project changes and manage variation orders * Support project planning and reporting activities **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture * Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction/fit\-out projects * Strong experience in BOQ preparation, tendering, and project coordination * Good knowledge of construction contracts and commercial processes * Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in fit\-out or interior projects is highly preferred * Familiarity with cost estimation software and ERP systems * Knowledge of local market rates and suppliers * PMP or similar certification is an advantage **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Stable and professional work environment * Opportunities for career growth and development Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR6,000\.00 \- QAR8,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
