Maintain strict confidentiality and enforce approval workflows. **About the role** Manage end‑to‑end payroll operations for employees in Qatar, ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing and compliance with local labour and tax regulations. **Key responsibilities** * Payroll processing: Prepare and execute monthly payroll, including regular pay, overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses and final settlements. * Compliance: Ensure payroll complies with Qatari labour law, statutory contributions and any applicable tax/VAT requirements. * Payroll reconciliations: Reconcile payroll ledger, bank payment files, and benefits with general ledger and resolve discrepancies. * Leave \& attendance: Validate timekeeping, leave balances, attendance exceptions and coordinate adjustments with HR/line managers. * Benefits \& deductions: Administer employee benefits, social/security contributions, salary advances and statutory deductions; coordinate with insurers and benefit providers. * Payroll systems: Maintain and optimise payroll in ERP/LMS/payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ADP); manage payroll data integrity and access controls. * Year‑end \& reporting: Prepare payroll reports, year‑end statements, statutory filings and support external audits. * Payroll queries: Respond to employee and stakeholder payroll enquiries promptly and professionally. * Onboarding \& offboarding: Support payroll setup for new hires and final settlements for terminations, ensuring correct calculations and documentation. * Process improvement: Document payroll procedures, implement controls and drive automation to improve accuracy and efficiency. * Confidentiality \& controls: Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll data and enforce segregation of duties and approval workflows. **Qualifications \& experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or related field, or equivalent experience. * 2\+ years’ payroll experience; experience with Qatar/GCC payroll rules preferred. * Proficiency with payroll systems and strong Excel skills. * Knowledge of local statutory requirements, employment contracts and end‑of‑service calculations. * Attention to detail, numerical accuracy and strong organisational skills. * Good communication skills in English; Arabic advantageous. * Valid work authorisation for Qatar. الراتب المدفوع: QAR١٨٫٠٠ لكل ساعة موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
