Performance-based incentives **Pre\-Sales \& IT Operations Executive** Location: Doha, Qatar Company: Click Solutions Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pre\-Sales \& IT Operations Executive to join our growing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in IT pre\-sales, solution design, client engagement, and the management of day\-to\-day IT projects and operations. **Key Responsibilities** Pre\-Sales Activities Identify customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations. Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations. Coordinate with vendors and technology partners for pricing and technical support. Support the sales team in closing business opportunities. IT Operations \& Project Management Manage and oversee IT implementation projects. Coordinate networking, infrastructure, software, ERP, cloud, and security solutions. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and customer satisfaction. Liaise between customers, technical teams, and management. Ensure smooth execution of IT services and support activities. **Requirements** Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Qatar in a similar Pre\-Sales, IT Coordinator, IT Project Coordinator, or IT Operations role. Strong knowledge of: Networking \& Infrastructure Servers \& Cloud Solutions ERP \& Business Software CCTV \& Security Systems IT Support Services Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in preparing proposals, BOQs, and technical documentation. Valid Qatar Driving License preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
