Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards Project Manager **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to oversee the operation and maintenance of critical facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, proven leadership skills, and extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams in high\-demand environments. This role requires close collaboration with Ooredoo’s management team and strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and direct all disciplines and subcontractors in daily operations. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality standards, and all applicable laws and regulations. * Attend regular management and operational meetings to review progress and ensure contract deliverables are met. * Monitor operational and maintenance activities to guarantee timely completion of PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and CM (Corrective Maintenance) work orders. * Manage inventory of spares, materials, and consumables to ensure availability at all times. * Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams, ensuring efficiency and accountability. * Prepare reports and documentation for management review. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. * Certified Facility Manager (CFM) preferred. * Minimum of **15 years’ experience** in operation and maintenance of critical facilities. * Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage diverse teams. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
