Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. * Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity. * Set sales KPIs and monitor team performance on a regular basis. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, and property owners. * Identify new business opportunities within the Qatar real estate market. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and available real estate projects in Qatar. * Supervise negotiations and support the team in closing real estate deals. * Prepare regular sales reports and submit them to senior management. * Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to support lead generation and client satisfaction. * Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant real estate procedures in Qatar. * Represent the company professionally in real estate exhibitions, events, and client meetings. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. * Professional certificates in sales, real estate, or business development are preferred. Required Experience * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales within the Qatar market. * Strong knowledge of the Qatari real estate market, including residential and commercial properties. * Existing network with clients, investors, developers, landlords, and real estate stakeholders in Qatar is highly preferred. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial sales role is preferred. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing real estate deals.
