* Operate and monitor tunnel and traffic management systems 24/7 to ensure safe and efficient network performance. * Detect, manage, and respond to traffic incidents, congestion, emergencies, and major events in line with SLAs and SOPs. * Coordinate with key stakeholders (MOI, HMC, Drainage, Baladiya, contractors) during incidents, works, and events. * Use systems such as SCATS, SCADA, ATMS, and Genetec to manage congestion, recover performance, and support operations. * Implement and maintain traffic management plans, diversions, DMS messaging, and emergency response procedures. * Report incidents, faults, and performance issues, and contribute to daily, monthly, and major incident reports. * Identify opportunities for operational improvement and stay updated on best practices and new technologies. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, and internal operational standards. * Bring at least 2 years of relevant traffic or tunnel control room experience with strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Communicate effectively in English (Arabic desirable), work well in multicultural teams, and manage multiple stakeholders.
