As we expand our presence in Qatar, we are looking for a visionary **SEO Director** to lead our search strategy, drive organic growth, and deliver measurable results for our clients. **Role Overview** The SEO Director will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple projects and industries. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive high\-impact organic growth initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and lead SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic * Oversee on\-page, off\-page, and technical SEO initiatives * Manage keyword research, content strategy, and optimization efforts * Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights * Lead SEO audits, site analysis, and competitor research * Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams * Manage and mentor the SEO team to ensure high performance * Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field * 6\+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role * Proven track record of driving organic growth and improving rankings * Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) * Knowledge of technical SEO, site architecture, and performance optimization * Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills * Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage) **Preferred Skills** * Experience in the Qatar or GCC market * Background in digital marketing agencies or performance marketing * Familiarity with content marketing and conversion optimization * Strong project management and team leadership capabilities **What We Offer** * Competitive salary aligned with Qatar market standards * Opportunity to lead high\-impact digital growth strategies * Career advancement in a fast\-growing and innovative company * Collaborative, creative, and results\-driven work environment **How to Apply** If you are passionate about search, data, and digital growth, join Serptopia and lead the future of SEO in Qatar.
