Promote health awareness and wellness programs **Job Summary:** We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Nurse to join our team for a 1\-year project. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on site experience and be capable of providing immediate medical care, promoting health and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees on\-site * Monitor and assess workers’ health conditions * Maintain medical records and incident reports accurately * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards * Conduct routine health checks and screenings * Assist in implementing health and safety policies and procedures * Coordinate with external medical facilities when required * Promote health awareness and wellness programs on\-site **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing * Valid QCHP License (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners) – Mandatory * Minimum 3 to 4 years of nursing experience * At least 1 year of site/industrial/project experience required * Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety practices * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in construction or industrial environments * Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is an advantage **Contract Details:** * Duration: 1 Year (Project\-Based) * Competitive salary and benefits package offered Job Types: Full\-time, Contract Contract length: 12 months Work Location: In person
