Ensure all soft services are delivered according to company standards We are seeking a responsible and experienced **Soft Services Supervisor** to oversee daily cleaning and housekeeping operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and a valid driving license. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage cleaning staff at assigned locations * Ensure all soft services are delivered according to company standards * Conduct regular site inspections and report issues to management * Coordinate manpower allocation and duty schedules * Ensure proper use of cleaning materials and equipment * Train staff on safety procedures and company policies * Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction * Handle staff attendance, discipline, and performance monitoring Requirements: * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in soft services / cleaning supervision * **Valid Qatar driving license (Mandatory)** * Good communication and leadership skills * Ability to manage multiple sites * Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment * Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office) Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in facility management companies * Ability to join immediately Salary \& Benefits: * Competitive salary (to be discussed during interview) * Other benefits as per Qatar Labour Law How To Apply : **Interested candidates may send their CVs to: cvforjobs7070@gmail.com** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR10\.00 \- QAR100\.00 per month
