Engage in client coordination and technical support for repair processes **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor day\-to\-day workflow and ensure productivity and quality targets are met * Supervise inspection, repair, testing, and calibration of valves * Ensure compliance with API, ANSI, and ASME standards * Maintain and implement Quality Management System (QMS) * Handle documentation including SOPs, ITPs, and quality records * Coordinate internal and external audits, including third\-party inspections * Manage NCRs and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) * Ensure strict adherence to HSE and safety procedures (PPE compliance) * Provide technical support for estimation and repair processes * Coordinate with clients to ensure requirements are understood and fulfilled * Good knowledge and working experience on All types of valves (Including Control valve, PSVs, Mechanical valves and actuators) **Key Objectives** * Deliver effective technical solutions and problem\-solving in valve servicing * Ensure accurate documentation and certification processes * Complete all servicing within agreed timelines * Maintain high safety and compliance standards * Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * 100% compliance with API / ANSI / ASME standards (Zero rejections) * Achieve workshop productivity targets (valves serviced per shift) * Zero safety incidents (LTI / Near Miss) * High client satisfaction with zero complaints * 85–90% manpower utilization and continuous team improvement * Achieve 70% conversion of quotations into confirmed orders **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field * Strong experience in valve assembly, repair, and calibration * Minimum \[Add Years] experience in valve workshop / oil \& gas industry * Knowledge of international standards (API, ANSI, ASME) * Experience in QMS, audits, and documentation * Strong leadership and manpower management skills * Good communication and client coordination abilities **Preferred** * Experience in GCC projects \- and available in Qatar * Familiarity with third\-party inspections and regulatory audits Salary Range QAR 4000 \- 5500 Only Applicants with Relevant experience apply for the position Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR5,500\.00 per month Experience: * Valves and Pumps: 5 years (Preferred) Location: * Qatar (Preferred) Work Location: In person
