In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product knowledge across multiple communication channels. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. * Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, product issues, and order discrepancies. * Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately within our CRM system. * Educate customers on product features, pricing, and promotions to drive satisfaction. * Document all customer interactions and feedback to help improve internal processes. * Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to resolve shipping delays or damages. * Identify and escalate priority issues or recurring complaints to management. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * **Experience:** 1\+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or a hospitality role. * **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills; active listening abilities. * **Tech Savvy:** Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and G\-Suite.
