We collaborate with architects, artists, designers, engineers, and fabricators to deliver high\-quality art and construction projects across the region. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with experience in the stone, marble, and sculpture industry to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details that support production and on\-site execution. The role requires close coordination with designers, engineers, project managers, and factories to ensure drawings meet project specifications and industry standards. Key Responsibilities \* Prepare detailed shop drawings based on approved design and construction drawings. \* Produce fabrication drawings, fixing details, installation layouts, and technical connection details. \* Develop technical solutions for interfaces with architectural, structural, and MEP trades. \* Prepare detailed layouts for fabrication and on\-site installation. \* Interpret architectural, structural, and design drawings related to stone, marble, sculptures, and custom fabrication. \* Coordinate with project managers, designers, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and constructability. \* Revise and update drawings based on site conditions, design revisions, and client requirements. \* Prepare cutting lists, fabrication details, dimensions, and material schedules for factory production. \* Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and quality requirements. \* Support material optimization to minimize waste and improve production efficiency. \* Participate in technical discussions with suppliers and fabricators when required. \* Maintain proper drawing revisions and document control throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications \* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related discipline. \* Minimum 3 years of experience in the stone, marble, sculpture, or architectural fabrication industry. \* Strong understanding of shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction detailing. \* Experience coordinating technical drawings with architectural and structural disciplines. Skills \& Requirements \* Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). \* Knowledge of Revit and 3ds Max is preferred. \* Strong understanding of construction detailing, fabrication methods, and fixing systems. \* Ability to interpret complex architectural and structural drawings. \* Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy. \* Strong coordination, communication, and problem\-solving skills. \* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. \* Experience working with factories and site teams is highly desirable.
