Healthcare Industry expereince is preferred but not mandatory. **Role Summary:** We are seeking an experienced **HR Operations Specialist** to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR policy development, and a thorough understanding of Qatar Labour Law and government processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes. * Prepare and maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files. * Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Well versed with Microsoft excel, word \& PPT. * Well versed with all HR related functions * **Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company policies.** * Coordinate with government ministries and regulatory authorities for HR\-related matters. * Support employee relations and address HR operational queries. * Assist in maintaining HR records and ensuring data accuracy. * Work closely with internal stakeholders to support day\-to\-day HR operations.**Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * **4–5 years of experience** in HR Operations. * Strong knowledge of **Qatar Labour Law** and HR best practices. * Experience managing employee onboarding and offboarding. * Hands\-on experience in developing HR policies and procedures. * Experience dealing with government ministries and regulatory authorities in Qatar. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and problem\-solving abilities. * Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRMS is an advantage. **Salary** * **Up to QAR 7,000** per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
