Job Summary We are looking for a **Mechanical Engineer** with strong experience in **MEP maintenance and mechanical systems** to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on knowledge of **HVAC, firefighting, fire alarm, plumbing, and ACMV systems**, along with experience supervising maintenance activities and technical teams. Key Responsibilities * Ensure the optimal operation and maintenance of **life safety systems, infrastructure, and equipment**. * Conduct and oversee maintenance process audits. * Diagnose equipment and system faults and coordinate corrective actions. * Plan and implement scheduled and preventive maintenance activities. * Establish and maintain maintenance procedures and protocols. * Respond to major equipment breakdowns and technical issues. * Plan system overhauls, upgrades, and long\-term maintenance requirements. * Supervise engineering and technical staff. * Procure, test, and commission specialist mechanical components and equipment. * Monitor maintenance budgets and coordinate with management. * Set, monitor, and track maintenance KPIs. * Support the implementation of **preventive and predictive maintenance programs**. Requirements * **B.E. / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering**. * **5–6 years of experience** in mechanical engineering, preferably with strong **MEP maintenance** experience. * Extensive knowledge of: * HVAC Systems * Firefighting Systems * Fire Alarm Systems * Plumbing Systems * ACMV / Smoke Control Systems * Strong knowledge of mechanical systems. * **Qatar Driving License – Mandatory**. * **UPDA / QCDD certification preferred**. * Immediate joiners with **NOC preferred**. * **Qatar\-returned candidates preferred**.
