Summary: Seeking a Tendering / Proposal Engineer to support tender and proposal preparation for engineering projects in the oil & gas sector. Highlights: 1. Support preparation and submission of tenders and proposals 2. Focus on developing technical and commercial proposals 3. Coordinate tender requirements and ensure timely submissions **Location:** Qatar. **Years of Experience:** 2\-4 yeas of relevant experience. **Working Arrangement:** on\-site. **Language Requirements:** Fluency in English (written and spoken). We are seeking a Tendering / Proposal Engineer to support the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals for engineering projects in Qatar within the oil \& gas sector. The role will focus on developing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating tender requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely submissions. **Key Requirements** -------------------- * Bachelor's degree in **Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering**. * **2–4 years of experience** in tendering, proposals, or estimation. * Experience preparing **technical and commercial proposals**. * Candidates must be **currently based in Qatar**. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Experience within the **Oil \& Gas sector**. * Experience working on **EPC or engineering projects**. **Other Qualifications** ------------------------ * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Good analytical skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tender submission deadlines. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Review tender documents, requirements, and specifications. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals for engineering projects. * Coordinate with relevant teams to collect technical and commercial information required for tender submissions. * Support estimation and proposal preparation activities. * Ensure tender documentation is complete and submitted within required deadlines. * Follow up on tender and proposal requirements throughout the submission process. * Maintain accurate tender and proposal documentation.
